摘要
岸电设施已成为港口减少污染物排放、提高环境质量的有效手段,但在岸电使用过程中普遍存在着联船较为困难的现状,同时对已建设的岸电设施也缺乏使用效果的量化评价。文章针对岸电设施联船过程中普遍存在的控制系统不能正常反馈、绝缘检测不正常及缺少变频变压设备等三类问题,提出了相应的解决方案;在此基础上提出了靠港船接电率、船舶岸电使用率及码头岸电效率三类评价方法,有效推进港口岸电设施使用及绿色港口建设。
Shore power facilities have become an effective means to reduce pollutant emission and improve environmental quality in port construction.However,it is difficult to connect ships in the process of shore power use.Meanwhile,there is no quantitative evaluation on the use effect of the built shore power facilities.Therefore,this paper put forward the corresponding solutions to the three common problems in the process of shore power facilities integration,such as"the control system can not feed back normally","the insulation detection is not normal"and"the lack of frequency conversion and voltage transformation equipment".On this basis,three kinds of evaluation methods are put forward,i.e.the power connection rate of berthing ships,the utilization rate of ship shore power and the efficiency of wharf shore power,so as to effectively promote the use of port power facilities and the construction of green port.
