摘要
非洲几内亚湾具有良好的地理条件和巨大的人口红利,随着经济全球化的推进和“21世纪海上丝绸之路”倡议的实施,几内亚湾区面临着巨大的发展机遇。以几内亚湾区域为研究对象,利用灰色关联和模糊物元的评价方法,从综合竞争力和发展潜力视角对比分析纽约湾区、旧金山湾区、东京湾区和粤港澳湾区。利用欧式“贴进度”对评价结果做进一步分析,得出上述五大湾区在竞争中的优劣势。研究结论可为几内亚湾沿岸国家的经济发展和几内亚湾区经济一体化发展提供参考。
The Gulf of Guinea in Africa has good geographical conditions and a huge demographic dividend.With the advancement of economic globalization and the implementation of the"21st Century Maritime Silk Road"initiative,the Gulf of Guinea Bay Area is facing huge development opportunities.Taking the Gulf of Guinea Bay Area as the research object,the grey relational analysis and fuzzy matter element method were used to compare and analyze the New York Bay Area,San Francisco Bay Area,Tokyo Bay Area and Guangdong-Hongkong-Macao Bay Area from the perspective of comprehensive competitiveness and development potential.The evaluation results were further analyzed by using the European-style"paste schedule",and the advantages and disadvantages of the five major bay areas in the competition were obtained.The conclusions of this paper can provide references for the economic development of the Gulf of Guinea countries and the economic integration development of the Gulf of Guinea.
