摘要
以某装配式风电混合塔架为依托,探讨BIM技术在装配式风电混合塔架混凝土段生产中的应用。通过创建参数化的BIM模型,进行预制构件场地布置、预制塔筒生产仿真模拟、预制塔筒模具虚拟拼装等,借助BIM技术对预制塔筒生产提前模拟,对模具进行预拼装,从而提前发现可能存在问题,助力预制塔筒构件的生产。
Based on an assembled wind power hybrid tower,the application of BIM technology in the production of concrete section of the assembled wind power hybrid tower is discussed in this paper.By creating parametric BIM model,site layout of prefabricated components,production simulation of prefabricated tower barrel,virtual assembly of prefabricated tower barrel mold,etc.,the production of prefabricated tower barrel is simulated ahead of time and the mold is pre-assembled in advance so as to discover possible problems and help the production of prefabricated tower barrel components.
