垂直起降涡喷飞行器结构设计及气动性能分析

摘要 通过合理布局7台涡喷发动机,得到飞行平台的最大推重比,完成涡喷飞行器的结构设计。对飞行器三维结构简化,利用ICEM CFD进行非结构网格划分,通过Fluent对飞行器整机前飞和垂直飞2种飞行模式分别进行仿真分析,得到相应的速度矢量图和压力分布云图以及阻力系数。结合仿真结果对整机进行结构优化,对优化后的结构进行气动特性分析验证了优化的合理性。优化后的计算结果表明,飞行平台向前飞行时的气动阻力系数降低了43%,整机的气动干扰较小,符合设计要求。 A type of connecting rod applied to the six-cylinder diesel engine was selected to be the object of study.First the stress and strain field under the standard load was obtained through the united simulation of several CAD and CAE software.Then the fatigue safe property of the connecting rod was determined based on the Haigh model.Finally the feasibility analysis of supercharging was conducted.The results show that the connecting rod made from the 42CrMo steel can fulfill the fatigue safe demands of the standard working condition,but the supercharged working condition is out of satisfaction.Based on this research,some theoretical guidance can be provided in actual working conditions.
