摘要
为优化换热器组件间流量分配、提高换热器整体换热效率和组件寿命、为组件的排布设计提供理论依据,该文采用计算流体力学的方法,在一定的简化和假设基础上,针对一种典型的换热设备进行了整体流场分析以及单个换热器组件内的壳侧流场分析,给出了组件间流量分配规律和单个组件内的壳侧流场分布结果。计算结果表明:组件间流量分配主要受组件自身流动阻力的影响,并行排列的换热器组件能有效展平流量分配;单个组件内壳侧流场受螺旋管层位置结构的影响,呈现出较为复杂的分布。
The flow distribution in a modular helical-coiled heat exchanger was analyzed numerically for both an individual modular unit and a helical-coiled heat exchanger. The results show that the distribution in the modular helical-coiled units is strongly dependent on the flow resistance in each modular unit. A parallel arrangement of the unit provides a nearly uniform flow distribution in the modular helical-coiled units. However, the flow distributions in individual units are quite complex, which can contribute to complicated configurations of the helical coils.
