摘要
为实现动力系统参数的合理匹配,提高汽车的动力性能和经济性能,选择某纯电动城市客车作为研究分析对象,匹配驱动电机、动力电池以及其他重要技术参数,利用Cruise软件搭建分别用于动力性计算和经济性计算的车辆模型进行仿真分析,布置计算任务,并联合Simulink设计扭矩控制策略,限制驱动扭矩的输出,在满足车辆经济性要求的前提下也满足动力性要求。结果表明,最高车速、最大爬坡度、加速时间和续驶里程等各项技术指标在匹配方案中均可满足要求。
In order to achieve reasonable matching of power system parameters and improve the performance of the vehicle,a pure electric city bus is selected as the research and analysis object,matching the drive motor,power battery and other important parameters.Use Cruise software to build vehicle model for simulation analysis of power performance calculation and economy calculation,and design a torque control strategy combined with Simulink to limit the output of driving torque,meet the vehicle dynamics requirements.The results show that the maximum speed,maximum grade,acceleration time and driving range can meet the requirements in the matching scheme.
