摘要
目的观察仙灵骨葆胶囊治疗骨质疏松性压缩性骨折的临床效果。方法选取2018年5月-2019年5月江苏省常州市金坛区中医医院收治的骨质疏松性压缩性骨折患者180例,采用随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,每组90例。对照组患者接受外科手术治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上给予仙灵骨葆胶囊治疗。比较2组患者治疗前后步行能力、髋关节功能、下肢运动能力、骨密度及临床疗效。结果治疗后,2组患者Berg评分低于治疗前,Harris评分及Fugl-Meyer评分高于治疗前,且观察组患者变化幅度大于对照组(P<0.01)。治疗后,2组股骨颈、大转子骨密度均高于治疗前,且观察组患者高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者的总有效率为97.78%,高于对照组的90.00%(χ^(2)=4.744,P=0.029)。结论仙灵骨葆胶囊治疗骨质疏松性压缩性骨折可改善骨密度、髋关节功能及下肢运动能力,建议临床推广使用。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of Xianlinggubao capsule in the treatment of osteoporotic compression fractures.Methods 180 patients with osteoporotic compression fractures admitted to Jintan District Chinese Medicine Hospital,Changzhou,Jiangsu Province from May 2018 to May 2019 were selected,and they were divided into observation group and control group by random number method,with 90 cases in each group.The control group received surgical treatment,and the observation group was treated with Xianlinggubao capsule on the basis of the control group.The walking ability,hip joint function,lower limb exercise ability,bone mineral density and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups of patients before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the Berg scores of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,Harris scores and Fugl-Meyer scores were higher than those before treatment,and the changes in the observation group were greater than those in the control group(P<0.01).After treatment,the bone mineral density of the femoral neck and greater trochanter in the two groups were greater than that before treatment,and the observation group was greater than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of patients in the observation group(97.78%)was higher than that in the control group(90.00%)(χ2=4.744,P=0.029).Conclusion Xianlinggubao capsule can improve bone density,hip joint function and lower limb exercise ability in the treatment of osteoporotic compression fractures,it is recommended to be used in clinical practice.
