摘要
目的:探索中西医结合疗法对Ⅲ期糖尿病肾病的临床效果。方法:60例Ⅲ期糖尿病肾病患者,随机分成对照组和观察组,各30例,给予常规治疗。对照组服用厄贝沙坦,观察组服用健脾益肾祛淤利湿汤。分析两组血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、血清超敏C反应蛋白(hsCRP)、血清胱抑素(Cys-C)、尿蛋白排泄率(UAER)、中医证候评分及临床疗效。结果:治疗后,两组患者hs-CRP、UAER、Cys-C水平均下降,观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者血清SOD水平高于对照组(P<0.05),临床总有效率86.7%高于对照组70.0%(P<0.05)。结论:健脾益肾祛淤利湿汤治疗Ⅲ期DN患者微炎症的效果优于厄贝沙坦,抑制机体氧化应激,促进肾功能恢复。
Objective:To investigate the clinical effects of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine on patients with stageⅢdiabetic nephropathy.Methods:60 patients with stageⅢdiabetic nephropathy were randomized into the observation group and control group,which were given routine treatment.On this basis,30 patients in the control group were treated with irbesartan,while another 30 cases in the observation group with decoction for invigorating the spleen,replenishing kidney and removing blood stasis and de-wetting.Then,hs-CRP,UAER,Cys-C,serum SOD levels and TCM syndrome score of patients were compared between both groups to evaluate the clinical efficacy.Results:After treatment,hs-CRP,UAER and Cys-C level were decreased in patients of both groups,and the observation groups decreased more than that of the control group(P<0.05).The comparison between the groups and the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the values decreased more significantly(P<0.05);the serum SOD level of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);and the total clinical effective rate was 86.7%,which was higher than 70.0%of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with irbesartan,the combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine is more conducive to reducing the body’s oxidative stress response and promoting the recovery of kidney function in patients with stageⅢdiabetic nephropathy.
