摘要
针对市政排水管网改建因受交通道路、城市建筑物、原有的地下设施等因素的影响使施工异常困难,结合顶管技术的优点,笔者提出在株洲市政排水管网改造中采用顶管技术。根据地质情况进行设备选型,结合实际情况进行工作井和顶管施工控制。顶管技术的应用,有效地解决了在不破坏原有设施和建筑物的情况下进行管网改建的难题,取得经济、高效、安全、快速的效果。该施工实践为类似情况提供参考。
Due to traffic roads,urban buildings and original underground facilities,it is extremely difficult to reconstruct the municipal drainage pipe network.Combined with the advantages of pipe jacking technology,this paper proposes to adopt pipe jacking technology in the transformation of Zhuzhou municipal drainage pipe network.According to the geological conditions,the equipment selection is carried out,and combined with the actual situation,the control measures of working well and pipe jacking construction are put forward.The application of pipe jacking technology effectively solves the problem of pipe network transformation without damaging the original facilities and buildings,and achieves economic,efficient,safe and rapid results.The construction practice provides reference for similar situations.
