摘要 以公路隧道提质升级行动为背景,分析了隧道机电设施在实际运营维护中存在的问题,提出了隧道智能监控管理运营一体化设计新思路。在此基础上,将单个隧道机电设施运营维护管理拓展至隧道群或路段,从运营单位角度进行集中管理,实现隧道集群的运营监控管理一体化。隧道管养平台信息化设计充分融合了云计算、人工智能、大数据、互联网+、物联网等信息化技术,把原有设施和新增系统融入到一个集成管理平台,解决了原来各子系统运行单一、操作分散、统计繁琐、影响交通安全的问题,实现了隧道设备控制、智慧维护、交通监控和应急处置一体化运行,旨在为同类工程设计提供借鉴。 In this paper, according to the improvement and upgrade actions of highway tunnels, the problems existing in the actual operation and maintenance of tunnel electromechanical facilities were analyzed, and then a new design concept of integration of tunnel intelligent monitoring, management and operation was put forward. On this basis, the range of the tunnel operation, maintenance and management of electromechanical tunnel facilities was extended from a single tunnel to tunnel groups or road sections, which can be centrally managed by operation companies to realize the integration design. The informatization design fully mix information technologies such as cloud computing, artificial intelligence, big data, Internet+ and IOT, and put the existing facilities and new systems into an integrated management platform to solve traffic safety problems caused by the original subsystems, which can realize the integrated operation of tunnel equipment control, intelligent maintenance, traffic monitoring and emergency processing. This paper can provide reference for similar engineering design.
