摘要
给电子体是MgCl_(2)负载Ziegler-Natta催化剂的α-烯烃聚合反应中提高立构选择性的关键组分。本文介绍了研究丙烯聚合的负载型催化剂中内、外给电子体作用机理的最新进展,重点介绍和评述了从光谱学、模型催化剂、分子模拟和聚合反应动力学等角度研究给电子体作用机理的典型实例及其成果。该研究领域在近十多年内取得了多方面的重要进展,为完全掌握聚丙烯催化剂的给电子体作用机理奠定了坚实的基础,并将显著促进聚丙烯催化剂的研究和开发。
Electron donors are key components of MgCl_(2)-supported Ziegler-Natta catalyst that enhance stereoselectivity ofα-olefin polymerization.This article introduced recent progresses in mechanistic studies on the effects of internal and external electron donors in MgCl_(2)-supported Ziegler-Natta catalyst for propylene polymerization,especially typical research cases and achievements based on spectroscopic analysis,model catalyst studies,molecular modeling and kinetic studies.It shows that remarkable progresses have been made in this research field in the last 1—2 decades,which have formed a solid foundation for completely disclose the mechanism of electron donor effects in polypropylene catalysts in the future,and will greatly promote the research and development of Z-N catalysts for polypropylene.
