概述了用于丙烯聚合的Ziegler-Natta催化体系中内给电子体和外给电子体的最新研究发展,重点探讨了内、外给电子体用于丙烯聚合时的作用机理,催化剂活性中心结构和催化剂的动力学研究结果。还综述了外给电子体对Ziegler-Natta催化剂的立构规整性、催化剂的活性以及制备的聚丙烯的等规度、相对分子质量分布、热性能和等规序列分布等性能的影响。
The progresses in the internal electron donors and external electron donors for propylene polymerization with Ziegler-Natta catalysts were reviewed.The mechanisms of the internal electron donors and external electron donors used for propylene polymerization,and structure of the active sites and the catalytic kinetics of Ziegler-Natta catalysts were explored.What is more,the effects of the external electron donors on the catalyst activity,the stereo-regularity of the product polypropylene and its molecular weight distribution,the crystallization properties,and the isotactic sequence distribution were discussed.
