摘要
结合金鸡湖隧道工程,通过理论研究和现场实践的方式,对钢管桩制造、运输和施工工艺进行了详细研究,得到结论如下:(1)研究了PC钢管桩制作和运输技术,形成了一套健全的钢管桩生产和运输工艺,在源头上保障了成桩的质量;(2)详细介绍了PC钢管桩施工方法,规范施工步骤,提高了施工效率和施工质量,对PC钢管桩应用和发展具有极大工程意义;(3)介绍了PC钢管桩质量控制标准,明确了施工标准,保障了钢管桩支护效果。
Combined with Jinji Lake tunnel project,through theoretical research and field practice,a detailed study on the manufacturing,transportation and construction technology of steel pipe pile is made,and the following conclusions are drawn as follows:(1)the production and transportation technology of PC steel pipe pile is studied,forming a set of production and transportation technology of steel pipe pile,which ensures the quality of pile from the source;(2)the construction method of the PC steel pipe pile is introduced in detail,construction steps is standardized,the construction efficiency and construction quality is improved,which has great engineering significance for application and development of PC steel pipe pile;(3)the quality control standard of PC steel pipe pile is introduced,the construction standard is defined,and the supporting effect of steel pipe pile is ensured.
