摘要
文章介绍了在水深江面环境下黄浦江大桥主桥桩基施工工艺。黄浦江大桥主墩、辅助墩都位于江中,而且大型打桩船无法进入施工区域,其施工难度大。但通过改造打桩船性能,控制钢管桩制作工艺,优化沉桩施工工艺等措施,保证了钢管桩的施工。实践表明,沉桩施工方案可行,顺利地完成施工任务,为后续的工程施工提供了保障。
The pile foundation construction of the main bridge on Huangpu River Bridge were introduced under deep river. The main piers, support piers are in the river, and unable to enter the large-scale construction of boats piling region. Its construction is difficult. But through the transformation of the piling boat performance, fine controlling of the production of steel pipe piles, optimization of piles construction, and other measures the construction of the steel pipe pile were guaranteed. Practice showed that the pile construction programe was feasible, the tasks successfully were completed, the guarantee will he provided for the follow-up works.
