Top undergraduate education refers to a top talent-cultivation system based on first-rate disciplines.Discipline construction is the basic unit of talent cultivation,hence the College of Chemistry at Sichuan University has been working on providing the best undergraduate education in chemistry and cultivating scientific experts with moral integrity.With ideological and political education integrated into undergraduate curriculum,the College of Chemistry strives to develop the first-rate undergraduate education in chemistry by construction of teaching system,reform of classroom teaching,integration of research and teaching,chemistry textbook compilation,talent cultivation system,and international education.On this basis,the College of Chemistry endeavors to nurture more excellent experts and social elites with chemistry wisdom and characteristics of Sichuan University.
