摘要
在工业生产中,自动化集成度及自动化智能度越来越高,成本也越来越低,智能自动化渐渐从各个方面代替人工操控。在工业自动化生产环境中,人们仅仅监管系统设备自动化生产过程以及系统设备的日常维护。本文主要采用SIEMENS公司新一代的SIMATIC系列控制器S7-1500作为TIA全集成自动化架构的核心单元,设计自动化PLC标准程序,实现制药行业自动控制系统中的纯化水制备系统PLC程序设计。
In industrial production,the degree of automation integration and automation intelligence is getting higher and higher,the cost is getting lower and lower,and intelligent automation gradually replaces artificial control from all aspects. In an industrial automation environment,people only supervise the automation production process of system equipment and the daily maintenance of system equipment. In this paper,the new generation SIMATIC controller S7-1500 from Siemens was used as the core unit of TIA fully integrated automation architecture to design automation PLC standard program and realize the PLC program design of purified water preparation system in the automatic control system of pharmaceutical industry.
