基于WINCC的真空镀膜控制系统优化

摘要 针对国内某真空镀膜产线的监控能力不足,为真正实现生产过程控制、监测、管理测控一体化,通过SIMATIC NET工业以太网技术,搭建西门子S7-1500系列控制器及分布式ET200SP硬件平台实现数据交换,西门子WINCC组态软件平台为工作站的镀膜控制系统。实现了集真空镀膜系统设备管控、操作记录、参数报表查询及打印、报警系统管理等功能的全流程实时监控。 Aim at the insufficient monitoring capability of a domestic vacuum coating production line,in order to truly realize the integration of production process control,monitoring,management and measurement,the Siemens S7-1500 series controller and distributed ET200SP hardware platform were built through SIMATIC NET industrial Ethernet technology to realize data exchange.Siemens WINCC configuration software platform is the coating control system of the workstation.It realizes the real-time monitoring of the whole process integrating the functions of vacuum coating system equipment management and control,operation records,parameter report query and printing,and alarm system management.
