摘要
目的:探究cAMP、cGMP及血管活性相关指标与原发性高血压严重程度的关系。方法:选取2018年1月-2020年9月在佳木斯市中心医院治疗的80例原发性高血压患者为观察组,同时期的80名体检健康者为对照组。检测并比较两组cAMP、cGMP、cAMP/cGMP及血管活性相关指标(Ang-Ⅱ、TXB2及ET-1),比较观察组中不同分级高血压及是否合并并发症者的上述检测结果,采用Spearman秩相关分析及Pearson相关性分析上述cAMP、cGMP、cAMP/cGMP及血管活性相关指标与高血压分级、并发症发生情况的关系。结果:观察组cAMP及cAMP/cGMP均显著低于对照组,cGMP及血管活性相关指标均显著高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组中不同分级高血压患者的cAMP、cGMP、cAMP/cGMP、血管活性相关指标比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。合并并发症患者的cAMP、cAMP/cGMP均低于不合并并发症患者,cGMP及血管活性相关指标高于不合并并发症患者,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Spearman秩相关分析显示,cAMP及cAMP/cGMP与高血压分级均呈负相关,cGMP及血管活性相关指标与高血压分级均呈正相关(P<0.05);Pearson相关性分析显示,cAMP及cAMP/cGMP与并发症发生均呈负相关,cGMP及血管活性相关指标与并发症发生均呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论:cAMP、cGMP及血管活性相关指标在原发性高血压患者中显著异常,且与疾病的严重程度密切相关,在本类患者中的检测价值较高。
Objective:To explore the relationship between cAMP,cGMP and vascular activity related indexes and severity degree of essential hypertension.Method:A total of 80 patients with essential hypertension treated in Jiamusi Central Hospital from January 2018 to September 2020 were selected as the observation group,and 80 healthy subjects during the same period were selected as the control group.cAMP,cGMP,cAMP/cGMP and vascular activity related indexes(Ang-Ⅱ,TXB2 and ET-1)were detected and compared between two groups.The above test results of patients with different grades of hypertension and with or without complications in the observation group were compared.Spearman rank correlation analysis and Pearson correlation were used to analyze the relationship between cAMP,cGMP,cAMP/cGMP and vascular activity related indexes and hypertension grade and incidence of complications.Result:The cAMP and cAMP/cGMP in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the cGMP and related indexes of vascular activity were significantly higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Comparison of cAMP,cGMP,cAMP/cGMP,and vascular activity related indexes in different grades of hypertension patients in the observation group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The cAMP and cAMP/cGMP of patients with complicated complications were lower than those without complications,and the cGMP and vascular activity related indexes were higher than those without complications,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Spearman rank correlation analysis showed that cAMP and cAMP/cGMP were negatively correlated with the grade of hypertension,while cGMP and vascular activity related indexes were positively correlated with the grade of hypertension(P<0.05).Pearson correlation analysis showed that cAMP and cAMP/cGMP were negatively correlated with the occurrence of complications,while cGMP and vascular activity related indicators were positively
