抽水蓄能电站弃渣场现状调查及渣场变形稳定性评价方法研究

摘要 基于渣场普查、松散体边坡变形机制理论研究和类似工程实例分析,建议:重视弃渣场勘测设计,在前期设计时考虑自动监测设施、巡检便道的设计;关注弃渣场勘测工作布置实施和渣体稳定性评价方法的选取;重视渣体堆存前后场地的水文地质条件变化及对弃渣场稳定性的影响;关注弃渣场移交和日常运维管理等。上述认识对类似水电工程渣场具有一定的借鉴作用。 Based on current situation of operation,deformation mechanism of loose slope and maintenance of the spoil areas and landslide cases,the following article advises:(1)attach importance to the survey design and management standards of spoil areas during the preparation period and construction period,and the layout and design of automatic monitoring facilities and inspection sidewalks should be considered at design time;(2)pay attention to the layout and quantity of investigation of spoil areas,the suitable evaluation method of spoil according to stability deformation mechanism;(3)attach importance to the change of hydrogeological conditions according to different stages,and find out how the change of hydrogeological conditions influences the safety of spoil areas;(4)the concerns during the spoil areas handing over and operation and maintenance.These results have some value to similar spoil areas of Hydropower projects.
