山区铁路弃渣防护技术及资源化利用现状 被引量:8

摘要 我国山区铁(公)路工程建设中,正在产生大量的废弃渣土,目前对渣土通常采用简单堆放,必然会影响工程安全,并造成环境问题。系统梳理了我国山区铁路工程建设过程中废渣的产生、工程特性和危害、弃渣场的设置以及弃渣的资源化利用方法。弃渣主要是由桥隧工程产生,弃渣属于粗颗粒土,而工程特性和颗粒级配以及母岩性质密切相关;弃渣的随意丢弃会造成水污染、大气污染以及滑坡等工程地质灾害。对弃渣场的设置尚未有专门规范,主要凭工程经验,随意性较大。对弃渣的资源化利用主要包括作为混凝土骨料、路基等填料、生产环保型建材以及改善生态环境等。我国工程弃渣的研究工作刚刚展开,未来需要在弃渣场的压实防渗设计、稳定性、安全监测和评估以及弃渣的深度资源化利用等方面开展系统研究和工程应用。 A large amount of waste slag is being generated in the construction of mountain railway(public road)projects in China.At present,simple pile up of waste slag is usually adopted,which will inevitably affect the safety of the project and cause environmental problems.This paper systematically sorted out the generation of waste slag,engineering characteristics and hazards,the setting of the waste slag yard and the resource utilization methods of waste slag during the construction of mountain railway projects in China.Waste slag is mainly produced by bridge and tunnel engineering.The slag is coarse-grained soil,and the engineering characteristics are closely related to the particle gradation and the nature of the parent rock.The random discard of the slag will cause engineering geological disasters such as water pollution,air pollution and landslides.There is no special specification for the setting of the waste slag yard,which is mainly based on engineering experience and is more arbitrary.The resource utilization of waste slag mainly includes as concrete aggregate,as roadbed and other fillers,production of environmentally friendly building materials,and improvement of the ecological environment.The research on waste slag in our country has just begun.In the future,systematic research and engineering application will be needed in the aspects of compaction and anti-seepage design,stability,safety monitoring and evaluation of waste slag yards,and deep resource utilization of waste slag.
