摘要
民营企业逐渐成为我国经济社会中不可缺少的一部分,在其助推我国经济持续增长的同时,一些现实的困境和挑战也正在向其逐步逼近。通过查阅文献和相关数据,能够发现我国多数民营企业缺少社会工作者岗位,企业还没有意识到企业社会工作对于突破这些困境的专业性。本文借助文献法阐明民营企业引入企业社会工作的必要性和引入后的优势,分析目前在引入方面还存在的难点,提出这些难点能够通过企业社会工作者的专业服务来克服,社会工作者能够帮助被服务企业实现经营管理模式的转变,获得经济效益与社会效益的长足发展。
Private enterprises have gradually become an indispensable part of China’s economy and society.While boosting China’s sustained economic growth,some practical difficulties and challenges are gradually approaching.By consulting literature and relevant data,we can find that most of our private enterprises lack of social worker position,and do not realize the professionalism of corporate social work to break through these difficulties.With the help of literature method,this paper expounds the necessity and advantages of introducing corporate social work for private enterprises,analyzes the difficulties existing in the introduction,and makes it clear that these difficulties can be overcome through the professional services of corporate social workers,so as to help the enterprises to realize the transformation of operation and management mode and obtain the rapid development of economic and social benefits.
