摘要
提出并设计了一种双余度稀土永磁有限转角无刷力矩电机 ,对该电机的基本结构进行了研究 ,给出了电磁转矩、反电势和绕组电感的计算方法 ,并进行了样机试制。样机测试结果表明 ,该电机出力大、响应快 ,可满足航空直接驱动伺服阀的要求 ,具有重要的应用前景。
We undertook to design and fabricate a prototype LABLTM (Limited-Angle Brushless Torque Motor) to meet the requirements of direct-drive actuator of airplane flight control system. It is a special dual-redundancy servo motor. It is characterized by high torque, quick response, high reliability and convenient control. Fig.1 shows our LABLTM consisting of a single two-pole super-high intrinsic coercive force NdFeB permanent magnet rotor with two symmetric operation windings arrayed separately in stator core slots. Sections 2 and 3 derive eqs.(1) through (11) for calculating the electromagnetic torque, the electromotive force and the winding inductance of our LABLTM. We installed and tested our prototype LABLTM in a complete system for several months since October 2001. Fig.5 shows the amplitude-frequency response with a rated friction load of 0.2 N·m. The frequency width reaches 55 Hz for single redundancy, and 72 Hz for dual redundancy. The test results of the prototype indicate that our LABLTM, with high torque and quick response, does meet the requirements of direct drive actuator of airplane flight control system, and we believe it has a promising future in aeronautics and space, automatic control, electrical drive, etc.
