摘要
为了减少饲料中抗生素的使用,替抗产品的开发应用成为目前研究热点,中草药以其独特的优势具有巨大的应用潜力。根据我国《饲料原料目录》记载,共有117种饲用天然植物可作为饲料添加剂及饲料原料利用,经文献查询发现,117种饲用天然植物中有11种可以利用其非药用部位,其中9种中草药的非药用部位已用于饲料添加剂,另外2种目前未被利用。文章主要综述了9种中草药非药用部位的化学成分(绿原酸类、黄酮类、植物精油类、其他类等4种)、利用目的(提高畜禽免疫力并抗菌抗病毒、提高生长性能及产品品质等)、利用方式(干粉利用、直接利用),以期为中草药的利用及替抗产品的开发提供思路。
In order to reduce the use of antibiotics in feed,the development and application of anti-antibiotic products has become a current research hotspot.Chinese herbal medicine has huge application potential due to its unique advantages.According to Chinese Catalogue of Feed Ingredients,there are a total of 117 feed natural plants that can be used as feed additives and feed materials.According to literature search,there are 11 types of non-medicinal parts that can be used,including nine non-medicinal parts of Chinese herbal medicines.It has been used in feed additives,and the other two are currently unused.The chemical components of nine kinds of non-medicinal parts of Chinese herbal medicines(chlorogenic acids,flavonoids,plant essential oils,other types,etc.),and the purpose of use(improveing the immunity of livestock and poultry,antibacterial,antiviral,and growth performance and product quality,etc.),use methods(dry powder use and direct use)were summarized,in order to provide ideas for the use of Chinese herbal medicines and the development of alternative anti-products.
