摘要
根据新形势下中央对加强公立医院党的建设工作要求,公立医院要把党的政治优势和组织优势转化为推动医院高质量发展的强大动力。目前,市级医院在完善党建工作基础层面上已经相对完善,但在如何将业务工作与基层党建工作深度融合的制度性保障方面仍有待进一步寻找突破口。本文根据新的要求以及医院在加强党的建设方面遇到的现实问题为出发点,重构党支部考评体系,加强党支部在参与科室重大事项中的决策权,同时增强科主任在支部内任职的比例,强化考评结果在推动医院各项治理中的作用发挥,使各项工作融会贯通。
According to the central government’s requirements for strengthening Party building in public hospitals under the new situation,it emphasizes that the Party’s political and organizational advantages should be transformed into a powerful driving force for the high-quality development of hospitals.The previous research results show that municipal hospitals have been relatively perfect in improving the basics of Party building.However,there is still a breakthrough to be found in the institutional guarantee on how to deeply integrate medical business work and Party building work.This article intends to restructure the Party Branch evaluation system based on new requirements and practical problems encountered in strengthening Party building in public hospitals,so that to strengthen the Party Branch’s decision-making power in participating in major affairs of the department,at the same time increasing the proportion of department directors in the party branch.In the end,the results of the assessment will play a role in promoting the various governances of the hospital,so that all tasks are integrated.
