摘要
目的:在医务人员内驱力模型的基础上进一步开发内驱力量表,对医务人员内驱力进行量化研究和评价。方法:2020年6~7月采用多阶段分层抽样方法,抽取北京市大兴区、房山区区属医院1405名在职医生作为调查对象,发放电子问卷进行调查,经质量控制获得有效问卷891份。采用SPSS 24.0和AMOS 23.0软件进行区分度分析、信效度分析以及验证性因子分析。将有效问卷随机分为500份(样本一)和391份(样本二),使用样本一通过统计分析对量表进行调整删减,直到分析结果显示量表信效度良好;使用样本二对调整后的量表信效度、模型拟合度进行验证。结果:调整后的量表Cronbach’sα系数为0.953,KMO值为0.954(P<0.05),聚合效度、区分效度良好,模型拟合指标除RMR外均达到临界值。结论:内驱力量表区分度和信效度均良好,模型拟合度良好,量表能够较好地反映理论构建成果,具有一定的实际操作价值。
Objective:To quantitatively study and evaluate the intrinsic driving of medical staff,the driving scale was further developed on the basis of the medical staff’s intrinsic driving model.Methods:A multi-stage stratified sampling method was adopted to select 1405 in-service doctors from Hospitals affiliated to Districts Daxing and Fangshan of Beijing as the investigation objects,and electronic questionnaires were distributed for investigation from June to July 2020.891 effective questionnaires were obtained through quality control.SPSS24.0 and AMOS23.0 software were used for discriminant analysis,reliability and validity analysis and confirmatory factor analysis.Valid questionnaires were randomly divided into 500 cases(sample 1)and 391 cases(sample 2).The scale was adjusted and deleted through statistical analysis with sample 1 until the results showed that the scale was of good reliability and validity.Sample 2 was used to verify the reliability and validity and model fit of the after adjustment scale.Results:The Cronbach’sαcoefficient and KMO value of the scale after adjustment were 0.953 and 0.954 respectively(P<0.05),the polymerization validity and discriminant validity were good,and the model fitting indexes all reached the critical value except RMR.Conclusion:The discriminability and reliability and validity of the intrinsic driving scale are good,and the model fits well.The scale can better reflect the outcome of theoretical construction and has certain practical value.
