摘要
为贵州酒用高粱产业高质量发展提供决策参考,分析贵州发展酒用高粱产业的优势和存在的主要问题,并从强化科技支撑角度提出贵州酒用高粱产业发展对策。认为:贵州发展酒用高粱产业具有生态环境优越、高粱种质资源丰富多样、酱酒原料需求日益增多、交通区位突出等优势,但也存在品种单一退化、配套栽培技术落后、深加工研发不足等问题。应从夯实研发平台建设、加强人才队伍建设、强化质量控制技术体系建设、加大酒用高粱示范基地建设及全产业链技术研发力度等方面大力开展科技攻关,充分发挥科技引领示范作用,促进贵州酒用高粱产业发展。
In order to provide decision reference for high-quality development of liquor-making sorghum industry,the superiorities and main existing problems of developing liquor-making sorghum industry in Guizhou are analyzed,and the development countermeasures of liquor-making sorghum industry are put forward from perspective of strengthening science and technology support.Developing liquor-making sorghum industry in Guizhou has the superiorities of excellent ecological environment,abundant and diverse sorghum germplasm resources,increasing demand of moutai-flavor liquor materials and dominant traffic location,however,there are problems including single and degenerating varieties,backward supporting cultivation technology and insufficient R&D of deep processing.The science&technology breakthroughs should be carried out vigorously from aspects of consolidating R&D platform construction,strengthening talent team construction,enhancing quality control technology system,enlarging demonstration base construction of liquor-making sorghum and increasing R&D of whole industrial chain to play leading and demonstration effect of science&technology fully,thereby promoting the development of liquor-making sorghum industry in Guizhou.
