摘要
目的探讨分析对抑郁症患者采用疏肝解郁胶囊联合草酸艾司西酞普兰进行治疗的临床应用效果。方法本次研究对象均选自我院2018年4月—2020年4月收治的抑郁症患者112例平均分两组,参照组采用草酸艾司西酞普兰进行治疗,试验组采用草酸艾司西酞普兰联合疏肝解郁胶囊进行治疗,比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果比较两组患者的抑郁和焦虑状态改善情况,试验组好于参照组(P<0.05);比较两组患者的不良反应发生率,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);比较两组患者的治疗效果,试验组优于参照组(P<0.05)。结论根据本次研究的结果可以确认,对抑郁症患者采用疏肝解郁胶囊联合草酸艾司西酞普兰进行治疗的效果更为理想,不仅能够有效改善患者的精神状态,还不会引发患者出现严重不良反应。
Objective To investigate and analyze the clinical effect of Shugan Jieyu capsule combined with escitalopram oxalate in the treatment of depression.Methods 112 patients with depression admitted to our hospital from April 2018 to April 2020 were selected and divided into two groups on average.The reference group was treated with escitalopram oxalate,the experimental group was treated with escitalopram oxalate combined with Shugan Jieyu capsule,and the therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results Compared two groups of patients with depression and anxiety,the experimental group was better than the reference group(P<0.05);compared the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups,there was no significant difference(P>0.05);compared the treatment effect of two groups of patients,the experimental group was better than the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion According to the results of this study,it can be confirmed that Shugan Jieyu capsule combined with escitalopram oxalate in the treatment of depression is more ideal,which can not only effectively improve the mental state of patients,but also will not cause serious adverse reactions in patients.
