摘要
结合沙曲选煤厂现阶段洗选工艺及供电系统供用电方式,分析了造成选煤电耗高的主要原因,并通过对各个环节设备运行状况的调查研究,提出降低电耗的几种途径,利用大数据、智能化等手段优化系统供电方案,管控设备运行时间。
Combined with washing process at present stage in Shaqu Coal Preparation Plant and power supply system power supply mode,analyzes the main causes of high coal consumption,and through the investigation and study of each link equipment running status,put forward some ways to reduce the power consumption,and utilizing the means such as large data,intelligent optimization system power supply scheme and control countermeasures of equipment run time.
