摘要
通过实验小试、工业化放大试验,研究高性能管材用的复合纳米活性碳酸钙生产方法,摸索出优化的生产工艺条件。以石灰石为原料经煅烧生成石灰,采用双塔连续碳化法生产纳米碳酸钙。研究出由脂肪酸、植物油、非离子表面性剂、偶联剂等组成的表面处理剂,并摸索出3步法碳酸钙表面活化处理工艺,生产出吸油值低、加工性能好和分散性好的纳米活性碳酸钙,作为填充补强剂应用于PVC排水管的生产,生产出的PVC排水管的拉伸屈服强度、断裂伸长率、纵向回缩率、扁平试验等指标优于PVC管国家标准,30吨重的大卡车从排水管上面压过,仍为水管恢复原形,产品性能优异。
The method for the production of nano-composite active calcium carbonate for high performance pipe through small-scale and scale-up experiments was researched, meanwhile the optimization of the manufacturing technology was also conducted. Lime was acquired using limestone as the material after calcination treatment, and then nanometer calcium carbonate was manufacted using double tower continuous carbonation method. The surface treatment agent,composed of fatty acid, vegetable oil, nonionic surfactant and coupling agent, was also studied, and the 3-steps method for the activation treatment of the surface of calcium carbonate was investigated. The nano-composite active calcium carbonate produced has the characteristics of low oil absorption value, excellent processability and high dispensability, and it can be applied in the fabrication of PVC drain-pipe as filling reinforcing agent. The performance indexes, including tensile yield strength, breaking elongation, lengthways shrinkage and flattening test, of the PVC drain-pipe produced were all superior to the requirements of national standard of China. Moreover, the pipe can endure the shock of a 30-ton truck, so it can be seen that the performance of the product is outstanding.
