羧基丁腈橡胶包覆纳米碳酸钙的制备及其对PVC复合材料性能的影响 被引量:5

Influences of Carboxylated NBR(XNBR) Encapsulated CaCO_3 on the Mechanical Properties of PVC/nano-CaCO_3 Composite

摘要 采用羧基丁腈胶乳(XNBR)对纳米碳酸钙进行包覆,研究了温度、时间和XNBR用量对纳米碳酸钙包覆效果的影响;最终确定包覆的较佳条件为:温度60~70℃,时间40min,XNBR的用量5~7份(每100份纳米碳酸钙)。对比研究了未包覆纳米碳酸钙、包覆后微米碳酸钙和包覆后纳米碳酸钙填充PVC的力学性能。结果表明:经XNBR包覆的纳米碳酸钙与PVC基体的界面相互作用增强,从而使PVC复合材料的弹性模量和冲击强度分别提高了80%和50%。 Using the latex of Carboxylated NBR(XNBR) to coat nano-CaCO3,the factors of treatment conditions such as temperature ,time, amount of XNBR, were analyzed. The results showed that the better condi- tions for encapsulation is temperature of 60-70℃, time of 40 minutes, carboxylated NBR dosage of 5-7/100 (XNBR/nano-CaCO3). The Mechanical properties of PVC filled with encapsulated nano-CaCO3 were studied. The results showed that nano-CaCO3 encapsulated by XNBR could improve the compatibility and the interfacial strength between the nano-CaCO3 and the PVC matrix, resulting the tensile modulus and impact strength of the composites increase by 80% and 50% respectively.
