摘要
威海把学习践行习近平总书记重要指示精神作为威海经济社会发展的根本遵循,使精致城市建设成为新时代威海发展的内涵特征。基于品质提升的威海精致小城镇建设实践,是在精致城市理念下的进一步实践,也是新型城镇化、城乡融合发展的有效探索。本文通过对威海市开展精致小城镇建设的实地调研,在深入解读精致小城镇建设内涵的基础上,总结威海精致小城镇建设的实际经验,探讨高质量发展背景下围绕品质提升的小城镇建设策略及方法路径,为新时期统筹推进新型城镇化、城乡融合高质量发展、特色发展提供思路。
Weihai regards learning and practicing the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping's important directives as the fundamental guide to Weihai's socioeconomic development,and makes the exquisite city construction become the connotation characteristic of development in the new era.The construction of Weihai exquisite small towns based on quality improvement is a further practice under the exquisite city concept.It is also an effective exploration of the new urbanization and urban-rural integration development.In this paper,according to the field research of carrying out the exquisite small towns construction in Weihai,and the in-depth interpretation of the connotation of exquisite small town construction,the practical experience of Weihai exquisite small town construction was summarized,and the small town construction strategy and method around quality improvement was discussed under the background of high-quality development,which can provide ideas for the overall promotion of new urbanization,urban-rural integration,high-quality development and characteristic development in the new era.
