摘要
阐述城镇化在宁波城乡一体化发展中的主导作用,重点从加快土地流转、建设特色小城镇体系、发挥临港城镇产业枢纽作用、提升新农村建设水平以及通过"镇改市"推动城市化建设等方面对城乡一体化发展模式和路径选择进行了分析探讨,并对取得的成果、存在的问题以及相应的解决对策进行了分析。
This paper expounds the leading role of urbanization in the development of urban-rural integration in Ningbo, focusing on speeding up land circulation, constructing characteristic small town system, this paper makes an in-depth analysis and discussion on urban-rural integrative development mode and route selection by exerting the function of port town industrial hub, promoting the construction level of new countryside and pro- moting urbanization through ＂town to city＂, and analyzes the achievements, existing problems and correspond- ing solutions.
