摘要
目的:建立高效液相色谱法测定复方鲜竹沥液(无糖型)中甜菊苷的含量。方法:选择CAPCELL PAK C18色谱柱(250 mm×4.60 mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-水(33∶67),采用DAD检测器检测和采用外标法测定甜菊素中甜菊苷的含量,检测波长为210 nm。结果:甜菊苷峰面积与进样量间的线性关系良好,线性范围为0.2119~3.1781μg,平均回收率为99.43%(RSD=1.6%,n=6)。结论:该方法快速简便、结果准确、重现性好,可用于评价复方鲜竹沥液中药用辅料甜菊素的质量。
Objective:Establish an HPLC method for the determination of stevioside in fresh bamboo liquid(sugar free).Methods:The method used capcell Pak C18 column(250 mm×4.60 mm,5μm),acetonitrile water(33∶67)as mobile phase,Dad detector and external standard method to determine the content of stevioside in stevioside.The detection wavelength was 210 nm.Results:The sample volume and peak area of stevioside in fresh bamboo liquid compound(sugar free)had a good linear relationship.The linear range of stevioside was 0.2119-3.1781μg,the average recovery was 99.43%(RSD=1.6%,n=6).Conclusion:The method is quick,simple,accurate and reproducible,and can be used to evaluate the quality of steviolin in fresh bamboo liquid compound(sugar free).
