激素信号转导代谢通路在板栗花粉直感效应中的分析 被引量:3

摘要 为研究植物激素信号代谢在板栗花粉直感中的作用以改善果实品质,对不同授粉组合后的板栗果实,在淀粉积累的3个时期(70 DAP、82 DAP及94 DAP)进行转录组分析。结果显示:板栗种仁在成熟期第三阶段的授粉组合,差异基因表达数量差异显著,在各授粉组合中,共同富集的代谢通路有内质网中的蛋白质加工、淀粉和蔗糖代谢、植物激素信号转导等,表明这些代谢在板栗种仁发育成熟过程中起着非常关键的作用。在KEGG pathway发现参与蔗糖和淀粉代谢的主要关键酶,这些酶基因对板栗种仁的淀粉合成代谢起调控作用。在板栗种仁中有差异的主要代谢通路从真核生物的核糖体生物发生和RNA聚合酶逐渐转变为内吞作用和剪接体这两条代谢通路。 In order to research the effect of plant endogenous hormones in the growth and development of plants for improve fruit quality,different pollination combinations were used for transcriptome analysis at different stages(70DAP,82DAP and 94DAP).The results showed that the number of differential expression gene was significant in the pollination combinations at the third stage of maturity.In each pollination combination,the common enriched metabolic pathways were protein processing in endoplasmic reticulum,starch and sucrose metabolism,plant hormone signal transduction.These results indicated that the metabolism played a key role in the development and maturation of chestnut kernel.The key enzymes involved in sucrose and starch metabolism were found in KEGG pathway.These enzyme genes regulate the starch synthesis and metabolism of chestnut kernel.The main metabolic pathways in chestnut kernel changed from ribosome biogenesis and RNA polymerase in eukaryotes to endocytosis and splicing.
