屎肠球菌对肉鸡生长性能和血清生化指标的影响 被引量:7

摘要 研究通过在基础饲粮中分别添加抗生素和屎肠球菌,研究其对肉鸡生长性能以及血清生化指标的影响。选取180只1日龄平均体重相近的爱拔益加(AA)肉鸡,将其随机分为3组,每组再分为6个重复。第一组为对照组,饲喂基础饲粮;第二组为抗生素组,在基础饲粮中添加黄霉素、吉他霉素和金霉素组合;第三组为屎肠球菌组,在基础饲粮中添加6.75×10^(9) CFU/kg屎肠球菌。试验共进行42 d。结果表明:相比于对照组,屎肠球菌显著降低了肉鸡1~21日龄平均日采食量(P<0.05)和22~42日龄料重比(P<0.05),显著增加了21日龄体重(P<0.05);抗生素显著降低了肉鸡1~21日龄平均日采食量(P<0.05)和22~42日龄料重比(P<0.05),显著增加了42日龄体重以及22~42日龄平均日增重和平均日采食量(P<0.05)。饲粮添加屎肠球菌促进了肉鸡脂类和蛋白质的合成代谢,提高了肉鸡生长性能。屎肠球菌可替代抗生素应用于肉鸡饲料中。 The current study evaluated the effects of antibiotics and Enterococcus faecium(E.faecium)on growth performance and serum biochemical indices by supplementing them into the diet of broilers.180 healthy day-old Arbor Acres broilers were randomly allotted to three groups,six replicates per group.Broilers in the control group were fed the basal diet,those in the antibiotic group were fed the basal diet added with flavomycin,aureomycin and kitasamycin,and those in the E.faecium group were fed the basal diet added with 6.75×10^(9) CFU/kg E.faecium.The results showed as the followsing:compared with the control group,dietary addition of E.faecium significantly reduced the average daily feed intake of broilers aged 1-21 days(P<0.05)and feed/gain of broilers aged 22-42 days(P<0.05),significantly increased the body weight of 21-day-old broilers(P<0.05);dietary supplementation of antibiotics significantly reduced the average daily feed intake of broilers aged 1-21 days(P<0.05)and feed/gain of broilers aged 22-42 days(P<0.05),significantly increased the body weight of 42-day-old broilers and the average daily weight gain and the average daily feed intake of broilers from 22-42 days of age(P<0.05).In conclusion,dietary addition of E.faecium promoted metabolism of lipids and proteins,improved growth performance of broilers.E.faecium could be used as antibiotic substitute in broiler feed.
