甜叶菊绿原酸对蛋雏鸡血清免疫和盲肠菌群的影响 被引量:6

Effects of Chlorogenic Acid from Stevia on Serum Immunity and Caecum Flora of Layer Chickens

摘要 评价不同剂量甜叶菊绿原酸对蛋雏鸡血清免疫和盲肠菌群的影响,为饲用添加剂研发提供基础参数支持。选用1日龄健康海兰蛋鸡300只,随机分为5个处理组:空白对照组、阳性对照组(1.0 g/L杜仲提取物)和试验组(0.7、2.0、4.0 g/L甜叶菊绿原酸),在7、14日龄和21日龄时分别向试验组饮水投入甜叶菊绿原酸,每日1次,连续饲喂5 d后,利用ELISA检测血清免疫指标,根据平板菌落计数法检测盲肠细菌数。结果显示:①7日龄开始投服时,绿原酸不仅促进肠道益生菌的生长,还对不同种类杆菌也有影响;蛋雏鸡血清IL-1β、IL-2也有升高趋势。②14日龄开始投服时,调节肠道菌群的效果和杜仲提取物相近;对蛋雏鸡IL-1β、IL-2的影响均不显著。③21日龄开始投服时,绿原酸可显著影响肠道菌群平衡;对蛋雏鸡IL-1β、IL-2有降低趋势。给不同日龄蛋雏鸡添加甜叶菊绿原酸,可以增强其机体免疫功能,改善盲肠菌群,其中7日龄添加2 g/L甜叶菊绿原酸的效果最明显。这预示绿原酸可以作为新型抗生素替代品用于蛋雏鸡,但其作用机制需更进一步研究。 To evaluate the effects of stevia chlorogenic acid in different concentration and doses on cecum flora and serum immunity of layers,in order to provide basic parameter support for its use as an antibiotic substitute.Choose 1 d,300 layers,randomized trial design was divided into five treatment groups:negative control group,positive control group(1.0 g/L eucommia ulmoides element)and experimental group(0.7,2.0,4.0 g/L of Stevia chlorogenic acid),respectively in the layer chickens 7 d,14 d and 21 d water feeding drugs,once per day,continuous feeding 5 d,ELISA was used to detect the serum immune index,and the plate colony count method was used to detect the number of bacteria in cecum.①At the beginning of 7 days,chlorogenic acid not only promoted the growth of intestinal probiotics,but also affected different kinds of bacilli;serum IL-1βand IL-2 of laying chickens also increased.②At the beginning of 14 days,the effect of regulating intestinal flora was similar to that of the eucommitin;The effects of IL-1βand IL-2 on layer chickens were not significant.③At the beginning of 21 days,chlorogenic acid could significantly regulate the balance of intestinal flora;the effects of IL-1βand IL-2 on layer chickens were not significant.Adding Stevia chlorogenic acid to different age layers could enhance the immune function and improve the cecal flora.The effect of adding 2 g/L Stevia chlorogenic acid on 7 days was the most obvious.This indicated that chlorogenic acid could be used as a new antibiotic substitute in layers,but its mechanism needed further study.
