摘要
海归人员是我国宝贵的人才资源。基于对贵州省海归人才的调查发现,海归人才在助力本省“后发赶超”的同时,在适应本土工作环境、生活环境、文化环境等方面存在不同程度的困难。文章从政府和个人双元视角,提出海归人才适应本土环境的相关对策。
Returnees are valuable human resources in our country.Based on the investigation of returnee talents in Guizhou Province,it is found that while helping the province to"catch up",returnees have varying degrees of difficulties in adapting to the local working environment,living environment,cultural environment and so on.From the dual perspective of government and individual,this paper puts forward the relevant countermeasures for returnee talents to adapt to the local environment.
