摘要
硒蛋白是机体中硒的主要存在形式及发挥生物学效应的载体,参与调节体内多项生命活动。硒蛋白作为维持胞内氧化还原平衡的抗氧化酶,可维持精子正常形态、提升精液品质进而增强畜禽繁殖性能。本文就硒及硒蛋白对畜禽繁殖性能的影响及其作用机理进行综述,旨在为硒及硒蛋白的进一步研究提供理论参考。
Selenium protein is the main form of selenium in the body and the carrier of its biological effect.As an antioxidant enzyme to maintain intracellular REDOX balance,selenium protein has been widely concerned in maintaining the normal morphology of sperm,improving semen quality and enhancing the reproductive performance of livestock and poultry.Therefore,this paper summarized the effect of selenium and selenium protein on breeding performance of livestock and poultry and its mechanism of action,aiming to provide theoretical reference for further research on the application of selenium and selenium protein in actual production.
