摘要
硒是人体和动物生命过程中必需的微量营养素。鉴于硒的生物学功能,使得硒与癌症的关系被紧密地联系在一起。如癌症时机体的硒状态、低硒可能引发癌症的机理、硒的抗癌和致癌双重作用及其机理以及硒对癌症的治疗等。同时,也提出了在今后硒与癌症的研究中应当引起关注的几个问题。
Selenium is the necessary micronutrient in the living process of humanbeing and animals. In view of its biological functions, the selenium is closely related to cancers, including the selenium status in the body with cancer, the mechanism of the low-selenhtm possibly in causing cancer, the hi-functions of selenium in the anticancer and the carcinogenesis, and its mechanism, thetreament of the selenium for cancers, and so on. And in the summary as well, we raise some questions should pay attention to are proposed in the research of the selenium and cancers in the future.
