摘要
控制系统是高精度多缸液压机功能发挥的核心,因此对控制系统的设计是实现高精度的关键。以FPGA逻辑处理器为核心对控制系统结构进行了分析,并在此基础上对结构内部各模块功能及工作原理进行了设计,通过网络寄存器将各模块时间统一及数据传输,最后通过实验对系统网络及加载精度进行了测试,结果表明其性能满足要求。
Control system is the core of high-precision multi-cylinder hydraulic press function so the design of control system is the key to realize high-precision.The FPGA logic processor as the core to analyze the system structure.On this basis,the function and working principle of each module in the structure are designed.The time of each module is unified and the data are transmitted through the network register.Finally,the system network and loading accuracy are tested through experiments,and the results show that the performance meets the requirements.
