基于动态面控制的伺服泵控缸速度控制研究 被引量:2

摘要 以伺服泵控缸电液控制系统为研究对象,针对其速度控制问题,建立伺服泵-对称缸调速系统数学模型。考虑系统负载扰动的随机不可控性,提出了一种基于动态面控制的泵控缸速度控制方法,并对其控制律进行推导分析,采用动态面控制原理对系统输出速度进行闭环控制。依托泵控缸实验平台对所提出的控制方法进行仿真与实验研究。仿真和实验结果表明所提出控制方法有效地提高了系统的鲁棒性和稳定性,可实现泵控缸系统速度的高精度控制。 With pump-controlled cylinder system as the research object,mathematical models for servo pump-symmetrical cylinder speed control system were built up.The mathematical models were for the speed control problem research.Considering the uncontrollability and randomness of load vibration,a speed control method for pump-controlled cylinder system was proposed.This method was based on dynamic surface control.And then,the control law for this method was derived and analyzed.Using dynamic surface control principle,the closed loop control was established for speed control.Simulation and experimental research was based on pump-controlled cylinder test platform.The proposed control method was simulated and experimentally studied The simulation and experimental results show that the proposed control method improves the robustness and stability of the system.It can achieve high-precision control of pump-controlled cylinder speed system.
