摘要
闭式泵控采煤机调高系统取消了传统的控制阀组,系统的能量损失小。但泵控系统由于回路的泄漏、泵的死区等影响,导致其非线性严重、控制精度低下,进而降低了采煤机调高系统的运行品质。针对这一问题,设计了一种变论域模糊自适应PID来对滚筒进行闭环位置控制。结果表明,与传统的PID控制相比,所提出的控制方法可显著提高滚筒的定位能力,稳态时误差可减小65%以上;同时,在随机性负载力的作用下,滚筒的抗扰动能力更强。
The vertical control system of the closed type pump shearer eliminates the traditional control valve group,and the energy loss of the system is small.However,due to the leakage of the loop and the dead zone of the pump,the non-linearity of the pump control system is serious and the control accuracy is low,which reduces the operation quality of the shearer raising system.To solve this problem,a variable discourse domain fuzzy adaptive PID is designed to control the closed-loop position of the roller.The results show that compared with the traditional PID control,the proposed control method can significantly improve the positioning ability of the roller,and reduce the error by more than 65% in steady state.At the same time,under the action of random load,the roller has stronger anti-disturbance ability.
