摘要
目的了解大连市普兰店区布鲁氏菌病的流行特征,为制定布鲁氏菌病防控策略和措施提供相应科学依据。方法按照WS 269-2019《布鲁氏菌病诊断标准》对2018~2020年自行到大连市普兰店区疾病预防控制中心进行布鲁氏菌血清学检测的人群进行布鲁氏菌血清抗体检测。结果2018~2020年共检测血清标本209份,布鲁氏菌病SAT(试管凝集实验)阳性率为20.10%,各年度布鲁氏菌病血清抗体阳性率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);男∶女=2.5∶1(30/12),男女性阳性率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);20~岁年龄组阳性率最高(3/5,60.00%);布鲁氏菌病感染的职业分布以从事饲养,放牧行业最高(38/147,25.85%),不同职业检测阳性率有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论大连市普兰店区布鲁氏菌病每年均有确诊病例。
Objective To understand the epidemiological characteristics of brucellosis in Pulandian district,so as to provide scientific basis for the development of brucellosis prevention and control strategies and measures.Methods According to Diagnostic Standard of Brucellosis(WS 269-2019),brucellosis serum antibody test was performed on the population who went to Pulandian district center for disease control and prevention for serological testing of brucellosis during 2018-2020.Results A total of 209 serum samples were tested during 2018-2020.The positive rate of brucellosis SAT(test tube agglutination)was 20.10%,the difference of serum antibody positive rate of brucellosis among years was statistically significant(P<0.05);the ratio of male to female was 2.5:1,there were no significant difference between male and female(P>0.05);the positive rate was highest in the 20-year age group(3/5,60.00%);the occupational distribution of brucellosis infection was that of feeding and grazing(38/147,25.85%),the positive rate of different occupations had statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion There are confirmed cases in Pulandian district of Dalian city every year.
