大连市2006-2010年布鲁氏菌病监测结果分析 被引量:2

Analysis on brucellosis surveillance data of DaLian from 2006 to 2011

摘要 目的掌握大连市布鲁氏菌病流行特征及监测疫情动态,做好防制工作。方法依据WS269-2007《布鲁氏菌病诊断标准》、GB16885-1997《布鲁氏菌病监测标准》,对重点职业人群进行布鲁氏菌病流行病学调查和血清抗体检测。结果 2006-2010年共报告布鲁氏菌病13例,年均发病率为0.04/10万,无死亡病例和暴发疫情,5~8月为发病高峰,所报病例中奶牛和绒山羊饲养员占61.54%。35~45岁年龄组占发病总数的69.23%,旅顺口区为疫情高发区;重点职业人群流行病学调查6 302人,发病率0.05%;血清学检测1 161人,阳性率3.01%,旅顺口区阳性构成比最高,为37.14%;阳性畜疫点高危暴露246人血清抗体检测阳性率为13.41%,发病占血清抗体阳性的6.06%,远高于重点职业人群;畜间布鲁氏菌病年均检出率为0.75%,旅顺口区疫情较重,阳性畜检出率为3.96%,占阳性畜检出总数的53.83%。结论应积极采取以加强职业人群的监测和宣传教育、提高牲畜检疫率、及时淘汰病畜等综合性防护措施,降低布鲁氏菌病发病率。 Objective To understand the epidemiological characteristics of brucellosis in DaLian and surveillance the current status of human brucellosis,provide evidences for local prevention and control.Method Carried out epidemiological study and serum antibody detection among high risk population according to Diagnostic standard of Brucellosis(WS269-2007) and Surveillance standard of Brucellosis(GB16885-1997).Results During the years of 2006 to 2010,a total of 13 cases of brucellosis were reported,annual average incidence rate was 0.04/100 000,no death cases and epidemic outbreak.May to August was the peak time.The occupational proportion of cow and goat breeder was the highest,accounted for 61.54%.Age proportion of 35 to 45 years old group was the highest,accounted for 69.23%.Lvshun was the high incidence area.Total of 6 302 key population developed epidemiological investigation and the incidence rate was 0.05%.Total 1 161 were carried out serology detection,positive rate was 3.01%,the proportion of serology positive of Lvshunkou district was highest(37.14%).The serology positive rate of risk exposure people was 13.41% in positive livestock epidemic spots,among them,6.06% of risk exposure people were brucellosis cases,it was much higher than key occupation population.Detection rate of livestock brucellosis was 0.75%.The epidemic situation of brucellosis in Lvshun district was serious,the positive detection rate was 3.96%,account for 53.83% of the total positive animal detection rate.Conclusions It was necessary to strengthen the surveillance of occupational population and health education,enhance the livestock quarantine rate and eliminated the positive livestock in time,in order to cut down brucellosis incidence rate.
