摘要
本文简要分析了消防应急通信体系运作现存问题:救援组织管理无序、通信技术先进性不足、通信技术人员专业性较低;探索了加强消防应急通信能力,促进警地联合的建设思路:组建应急通讯联合总指挥中心、提升通信技术先进性、增强通信人员技能专业性、制定与模拟应急预案,以此全面提升消防应急通信的运作能力,增强警地联合建设的有效性。
This paper briefly analyzes the existing problems in the operation of the Fire Emergency Commu-nication System:The disordered management of rescue organizations,the lack of advanced communication technology and the low professionalism of communication technicians;To promote the construction of joint police and local police forces:to set up a joint command center for Emergency Communications,to upgrade the advancement of communications technology,to enhance the professionalism of communications personnel skills,and to formulate and simulate emergency plans,in order to improve the overall fire emergency commu-nication capacity,and enhance the effectiveness of police-local joint construction.
