试析应急通信的不同场景与技术需求 被引量:2

摘要 近年来,随着我国突发性重大自然灾害以及各类重、特大突发事件的不断增多,人们对应急通信的能力越来越重视,这在一定程度上给应急通信提出了更高的要求。通常情况下,在不同场景中对应急通信的技术需求均有所不同。基于此点,本文首先简要介绍了应急通信的基本特点,并在此基础上提出不同场景下对应急通信的技术要求。
