摘要
客户与供应商协同创新已经成为一种重要的创新范式,但维护双方关系的专用资产投入容易对企业技术创新产生锁定效应。从战略导向视角分析关系专用资产对企业创新锁定效应形成机理,并进一步探索冗余资源对关系专用资产创新锁定的调节效应。之后,利用中国475家创新型上市公司2010-2018年面板数据进行实证检验。结果表明:①关系专用资产对企业创新存在锁定效应;②战略导向在关系专用资产与企业创新之间存在中介效应;③冗余资源可缓解关系专用资产的创新锁定效应,且不同战略导向企业冗余资源对关系专用资产创新锁定效应的影响存在差异。探索性战略导向企业冗余资源解锁效应明显,而防御性战略导向企业冗余资源不仅未能有效缓解,反而增强了关系专用资产的锁定效应。
Although customer and supplier collaborative innovation has become an important innovation paradigm,the investment of relationship-specific assets is likely to have a locking effect on enterprise technology innovation.Based on this,this paper analyzes the formation mechanism of the relationship-specific asset's innovation lock-in effect from a strategic perspective,and further explores the role of redundant resources on the relationship-specific asset lock-in effect.After that,we used the panel data of 475 innovative listed companies in China for 2010-2017 to conduct empirical tests.The results show that the relationship-specific assets have a locking effect on enterprise innovation;Strategic orientation has a mediating effect between relationship-specific assets and corporate innovation;Redundant resources can directly mitigate the effect of innovation lock-in on relation-specific assets.The impact of redundant resources of different strategic-oriented enterprises on the lock-in effect of relationship-specific assets innovation has significant differences.Among them,the unlocking effect of redundant resources of exploratory strategy-oriented enterprises is obvious,while the redundant resources of defensive strategy-oriented enterprises not only fail to effectively alleviate,but also enhance the locking effect of relationship-specific assets.
