公司治理机制对客户集中度与企业创新关系调节作用研究 被引量:4

Research on the Moderating Effect of Corporate Governance Mechanism on the Relationship between Custom er Concentration and Enterprise Innovation

摘要 从理论的角度探索客户集中度对企业创新的影响机理以及公司治理机制的调节作用,并提出相应研究假设。采用中国475家创新型上市公司为研究样本,利用其2010-2018年面板数据进行实证检验,得出如下结论:①客户集中度与企业技术创新水平之间存在U型关系;②公司激励机制弱化客户集中度与企业创新之间的U型关系;③公司控制机制强化了客户集中度与企业创新之间的U型关系;④公司监管机制对客户集中度与企业创新关系的调节作用不明显。 Froma theoretical perspective,the paper explores the impact of customer concentration on corporate innovation and the moderating effect of corporate governance on the relationship,and proposes research hypotheses.Using 475 innovative listed companies in China as the research sample,and using its panel data from 2010 to 2018 to conduct an empirical test,the following conclusions are drawn.(1)There is a U-shaped relationship between customer concentration and the level of technological innovation of enterprises.(2)The company’s incentive mechanism weakens the U-shaped relationship between customer concentration and corporate innovation.(3)The compan y^control mechanism strengthens the U-shaped relationship between customer concentration and corporate innovation.(4)The moderating effect of corporate regulatory mechanism on the relationship between customer concentration and corporate innovation is not obvious.
