摘要
在新时代下,传统变电站已经不能满足时代发展的要求了,智能变电站才是当前我国电力市场的发展趋势,其中的运维内容和功能都能满足我国电力发展的要求。由于智能变电站中的硬件和软件比较多,为了保证其合理性,要对手持式智能变电站图形化校验仪进行研制,主要应用先进的运维调试设备对其进行研制,加强SV和GOOSE发送和接收监测等多种技术在其中的有效应用,实现现场调试,保证智能变电站的安全运行。
In the new era,the traditional substation can no longer meet the requirements of the development of the times.Intelligent substation is the current development trend of China's power market,and its operation and maintenance content and functions can meet the requirements of China's power development.Due to the more hardware and software in the intelligent substation,in order to ensure its rationality,it is necessary to develop the handheld intelligent substation graphic calibrator,mainly using advanced operation and maintenance debugging equipment to develop it,and strengthen the effective application of SV and goose sending and receiving monitoring and other technologies,so as to realize on-site debugging and ensure the safe operation of intelligent substation.
