摘要
针对目前电力监控系统报警不全面,运维检修人员工作过程无法监控及预警,数据分析不深入等问题,在分析渗漏水成因、渗漏位置定位及图像监控与识别的基础上,该文设计出了一种变电站室内渗漏雨风险识别与实时告警装置。阐述了告警装置基本工作原理,详细说明了装置在实现过程中较为重要的渗漏水监测方案、信号告警方案和通信传输方案的具体设计与对比选择,并据此设计出整个系统的实施策略。现场实际运行情况表明:该告警装置显著节约了大量人力和时间,有效地提高了变电站监控系统的自动化运维水平。
In view of the problems such as incomplete warning of monitoring and control system,inability to monitor and forewarn the working process of operation and maintenance personnel,and lack of in-depth data analysis,based on the analysis of the causes of water leakage,the location of water leakage and image recognition,this paper designed a kind of risk identification and real-time warning device for indoor leakage rain in substation.Describes the basic working principle of the warning device,and explains in detail the specific design and comparative selection of the more important seepage monitoring scheme,signal alarm scheme and communication transmission scheme in the realization process of the device,and designs the implementation strategy of the whole system accordingly.The actual operation of the site shows that the warning device significantly saves a lot of manpower and time,and effectively improves the automatic operation and maintenance level of the substation monitoring system.
